Sent an email early this morning. I was looking for a motel/hotel to block rooms for me October wedding next year. Elena responded right away and blocked the rooms for me as well as gave my guests a special rate for the two nights Stay they will need. That to me is worth the 5 star as this motel comes highly recommended. Thank you Elena so much 🙂

We just got back from the Seahorse yesterday. For the past two years my boyfriend and I stayed here for the Chowder fest. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and renovated. Can’t wait to stay at the Seahorse for next years Chowder fest!

Stayed here for two nights when we had a wedding on LBI and it was very close to the venue. Read reviews first but was very surprised, they were not accurate. The place was dirty, especially the floor. As long as I wore shoes I was okay. After I posted the above review, the establishment responded this is not possible since they clean their rooms regularly. I did witness the cleaning staff working, however I believe they need to be re-trained. The bottom of my feet were black, even though the floor appeared clean.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. And also a short walk to the beach! Will be coming here again next year.

I’m a long term visitor of the Seahorse. In all my years vacationing on LBI, it’s the best of the best. The staff is so caring and kind, it truly feels like a home away from home. The accommodations are always incredible. I’d recommend the Seahorse to anyone and everyone.

The rooms are clean and seems cozy but there are bugs everywhere like ticks, spiders, flys and more. The wifi is slow and the television has bad quality because when I turn on the television its blurry kind of.
